Function and Duties of the Executive Board

Executive power and legal representative of AliaÄŸa Chamber of Commerce. Assembly consists of 9 members who are elected among its mebers for 4 years.

Duties of Executive Board

• To stay on the tasks specified in the law No. 5174. Time is critical process, so Executive Board serves as fast as they can for their members.
• To provide the development of every professional organisation in AliaÄŸa and to initiative for removing the decisions which are blocking to the developing behaviours.
• ALCC is the organisation which aims not to compromise the principles of, Executive Board's aim is to serve according to Atatürk principle and reform and to adhere to the law No. 5174. Executive Board is able to use the power of decision-making about personel rights, all kinds of administrative assigment, personel upgrade etc.
• Executive Board may establish temporary or permanent commissions and committiees if necessary for their work. They can take consulting services and they can work with exterior experts.
